Service Request Management: Create and manage service requests (work orders) in the company's CRM. You'll receive requests via email, online portals, web orders, and occasional phone calls.
Data Accuracy & Follow-up: Maintain accurate upkeep of data in the CRM and other platforms. You will also check completed service requests for any reported issues or discrepancies.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Proactively check online platforms and emails for new requests and updates, actioning them accordingly. You will communicate and liaise promptly with all stakeholders, including subcontractors.
Administrative Support: Assist with month-end processes to ensure work orders and data are up to date. You'll also handle other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Reporting to the Dispute Resolution Manager, Open IDR/EDR, the purpose of the role is to resolve complaints and deliver a positive customer outcome whilst meeting regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Manage customer complaints that have been escalated after our frontline have tried to resolve in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
Investigate complaints that arise from internal/external referrals updating all stakeholders on the status.
Protecting our reputation and that of our various brands/partners.
Be the lead communications specialist in managing inbound and outbound communications with Customers and internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain a detailed understanding of associated systems, processes, and procedures, and upskill the claims teams across these as required.
Keeping tight reporting to ensure no customer falls through the gaps and sharing with management.
Provide feedback, where appropriate, that could prevent or mitigate future complaints.
About You
Strong technical insurance and policy interpretation skills, as well as solid knowledge of retail general insurance systems, processes and procedures.
Considerable experience in complaints handling.
Strong knowledge of Claims and Service discipline, practices and products.
Ability to interpret company policies, guidelines and procedures.
Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
Excellent customer service-related communication skills both verbal and written.

You’ll be on the front-line helping customers get back on track by working with them to create realistic repayment plans. You’ll be working independently out on the road, visiting customers at their homes all the while being supported by a close-knit team.
What you’ll be doing
Visiting customers at their homes to discuss and set up sustainable repayment plans .
Building a rapport with a wide range of customers – even in tough conversations.
Monitoring repayment plans and following up when payments stop or default.
Making sure all the records and systems are kept in line with our Code of Conduct.
