The role

  • Arrive at the Wetherill Park depot at your set start time between 6 and 7am. It will be the same time each day to establish a great routine - free parking on site.
  • Stock your modern, state of the art lunch van (it's automatic and drives easily!) with Tasty Fresh food while catching up with your happy, friendly colleagues
  • Drive to your regular stops at warehouses, factories, work sites and offices. Your hungry customers rush out at the sound of your beeping horn keen to buy delicious food and have a quick and happy chat with you as you put through the transaction
  • Make a stop every 5 minutes on average - you love being on the go and FAST PACE!
  • After your last stop in the early afternoon, head back to the depot to stock count, unpack and cash up with your teammates
  • Home time between 2 and 3pm - pick up the kids, head to the shops or go for a workout before dinner!

  • Strong knowledge of Claims and Service discipline, practices and products.

Requirements

  • Experience working in customer service or call centre environments (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales
  • Capable of working with multiple database systems and email programs with experience in Word and spread-sheet packages desirable
  • Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
  • Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to focus on delivering a 'wow' experience to customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual.
  • Accurately enter data into systems

About the role 

We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Field Agent to join our Brisbane based team.

You’ll be on the front-line helping customers get back on track by working with them to create realistic repayment plans. You’ll be working independently out on the road, visiting customers at their homes all the while being supported by a close-knit team.  

What you’ll be doing 

  • Visiting customers at their homes to discuss and set up sustainable repayment plans .

  • Building a rapport with a wide range of customers – even in tough conversations.  

  • Monitoring repayment plans and following up when payments stop or default.

  • Making sure all the records and systems are kept in line with our Code of Conduct.

What you’ll bring 

We’re looking for someone who is: 

  • Self-driven, hardworking and motivated 

  • Available to work around 47 hours per week, so flexibility and reliability are key. 

  • Empathetic and compassionate but resilient under pressure. 

  • Skilled at building rapport quickly with a wide range of people.

  • Solutions-oriented with sound judgement and “street smarts” 

  • Able to work independently and comfortable with change. 

  • A strong negotiator with high integrity and discretion. 

Requirements 

  • Full, clean Australian driver’s licence.

  • Ability to travel nationally one week out of every 4 weeks.

  • Clean criminal history.

  • Basic technology skills.
