📝 Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative support to brokers and clients

Manage client renewals, invoices, and policy documentation accurately

Handle inbound and outbound client calls, resolving queries effectively

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

Contribute to ongoing process improvements
👤 About You

Strong administrative and customer service skills (experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles highly regarded)

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is an advantage (not required)
