About our Client:

For more than 40 years, CW Products has been one of Australia's leading manufacturers of roller shutters, outdoor blinds, and automation solutions. We're proudly Australian-made and built on a foundation of quality, innovation, and trusted relationships with customers across the country.

As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our national footprint, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to partner with our Managing Director and play a key role in driving efficiency and alignment across the business.

About the Opportunity:

You'll manage complex calendars, communications, and travel, coordinate workflows across multiple departments, and act as the central link between the Managing Director, leadership team, and external stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Managing Director's diary, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism.

You're a trusted professional who loves bringing order to complexity and helping others do their best work. Polished, proactive, and adaptable, you're always one step ahead — keeping things running smoothly, even when priorities shift quickly.

You'll bring:
  • 5+ years' experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO, or senior executive.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and composure under pressure.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
  • Initiative and curiosity — always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work.
  • A collaborative, down-to-earth style, and genuine enjoyment in being part of a supportive, close-knit team.
  • A growth mindset and interest in learning about the broader business to add value beyond traditional EA responsibilities.

 Why join CW Products?
  • Be part of a respected Australian manufacturing business entering its next phase of growth.
  • Work closely with a Managing Director who values trust, initiative, and partnership.
  • Join a supportive, collaborative team that values professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Enjoy variety, autonomy, and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a difference.
If you're an organised, solutions-focused EA who enjoys working with purpose and pace, we'd love to hear from you.
