Join the dynamic and exciting Mooi Hair team as a Salon Manager. You will work closely with the salon Directors, Senior stylists and salon team to achieve and deliver an exceptional customer experience for our clients.
We are a fresh and innovative salon looking for a front of house manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has experience in a client-focused environment with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workload, and maintain a professional presentation. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage front of house operations, including the reception area and customer service.
Oversee scheduling, appointment booking and client flow to ensure efficiency.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including maintenance and cleanliness.
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.

Tues: 9:45am - 6pm
Wed: 9:45am - 7:30pm
Thurs: 9:45am - 7:30pm
Fri: 9:45am - 6pm
Sat: 8:45am - 3:30pm
Sun: Closed
