We're currently seeking a Leasing Assistant to join one of Sydney's leading organisations, working across diverse property and leasing projects. This role offers excellent learning opportunities, great exposure, and the chance to work with experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Key responsibilities:
Review, prepare, and process lease documentation and related dealings
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, landlords, and government bodies
Coordinate registration and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Support with general administration, billing, and post-registration tasks
Assist with day-to-day team coordination and provide exceptional service to stakeholders
About you:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative position, ideally with exposure to leasing, property, or legal administration
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Confident communicator with a professional and proactive attitude
Experience using PEXA or similar systems (highly regarded)
Positive, team-focused, and eager to learn
