Dynamic Staffing Solutions have been operating since 2016 who provide a variety of employment solutions to candidates and a diverse range of businesses. We supply labour hire solutions around Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with permanent recruitment solutions all around Australia to various sectors. i.e.:
- Retail, Manufacturing & Trades
- Transport, Warehouse & Logistics
Due to growth this newly created role will assist with the day-to-day recruitment procedures of the business i.e., , writing ad’s, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, presenting candidates to customers, and providing feedback to the candidates and customers. Very rarely are you contacted outside business hours as majority of our customers work day shift.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Day to day administration and customer service
- Prepare job briefs, advertisements, shortlisting, and phone screening
- Interviewing face to face or via various video links
- Create candidate profiles and conduct references
- Source and place candidates in roles using Recruit Online
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working within a office environment
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with ongoing enquiries
- Clear and concise communication skill over the phone
- Have a passion for customer service, can multitask and problem solve
- Attention to detail and can work independently or team environment
Ideally this role would suit a person who has customer service and administrative skill set in the labour hire industry sector i.e.: office support, consultant or administration.
