As part of our team for Compulsory Third Party (CTP), you'll be providing exceptional service to our New South Wales (NSW) customers, helping them navigate the world of CTP insurance. On any given day, you could find yourself selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies, and fielding general questions about CTP insurance. What you need:
· To be based in Australia
· Available to work at least 20 hours per week across a range of shifts between 9am-7pm.
· Strong computer skills and confidence in working across multiple programs & platforms at any given time
· A reliable ADSL, NBN or cable internet connection
· Windows PC with Windows 11 or above
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· A dedicated home office space away from distractions
· USB noise cancelling headset with microphone
· Google Chrome installed on your PC
Working Times:
We are looking for a range of shift coverage between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday with hours available during our peak periods.
Training:
Successful applicants will be provided with paid training for this role using our client's advanced software systems in the comfort of your own home. You'll need to make yourself available for the training dates and times which takes place over five business days.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team at Marvelus Berries in Northcliffe, Western Australia. This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week (5 days per week, 5 hours per day), supporting the existing administration and back office team.
What you'll be doing
Working collaboratively with the admin and back-office team
Providing a wide range of administrative support, including rosters, onboarding new employees, and managing timesheet data
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Handling incoming correspondence and ensuring timely responses
Maintaining and organising filing systems, both electronic and physical
Providing support to the management team within the business
Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing receivables and inventory
What we're looking for
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) working in an administration or equivalent role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks effectively

As an Advisor in the Client Relations Team you will:
- Prepare and coordinate regional responses to ministerial and executive correspondence and information requests received from the offices of the Director-General and Deputies Director-General.
