As part of our team for Compulsory Third Party (CTP), you'll be providing exceptional service to our New South Wales (NSW) customers, helping them navigate the world of CTP insurance. On any given day, you could find yourself selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies, and fielding general questions about CTP insurance. The role offers a dynamic environment where you can continuously develop your skills, solve problems, and contribute to both individual and skillset success.

About The Role

• Full-time and onsite, Monday to Friday role
• No insurance experience required as full training provided
• Customer-focused role addressing queries related to CTP insurance
• Tailored to service our New South Wales customers
• Selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies
• Actively listening to customer needs, identifying opportunities to add value
• Offer personalised insurance that perfectly fit the customer’s requirements
• Work towards sales and performance targets

About You

• Experience in sales or a strong desire to work in a sales-driven environment
• Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Adaptability and willingness to learn with a solutions-focused mindset
• Skilled at multitasking and time management
• Thrives in a collaborative and high-performing team environment
