As a Project Manager, you will oversee full project lifecycle from design to completion in the mixed use residential space, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications. You will work closely with site managers, engineers, architects and key stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.
  • Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and review contracts, schedules, and project documentation.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the class 2 residential building and development sector, on projects over $50 million

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field are highly desirable.

The Project & Opportunity:
HumeLink East involves the expansion of the existing Bannaby 500 kV substation, along with the design and construction of 230km of new 500 kV double circuit transmission line. This new transmission line will connect the Bannaby 500 kV substation at the Wondalga interface point with HumeLink West.

This project is a $7M knock down rebuild, already in construction.

We have delivered projects across Bronte, Bondi, Vaucluse, Coogee and Bellevue Hill, Church Point. With a large upcoming project set to head into construction shortly, we are seeking a site manager with experience running residential projects up to the $10M mark.

About the Role

The right person will a long history of experience working across high-end and luxury residential builds. You will be supported by a leading hand, contracts administrator and project manager throughout the entirety of the project and work together to deliver an exceptional home to the client.

You will need to someone with strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment. This is a completely hands-off role and there is no expectation that you will need to work physically on the tools at any point during the build.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction from early services, demolition and excavation until handover with the client.

Duties

  • Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover
