ATIZ Group is seeking a proactive and adaptable Program Works Site Supervisor to join the team and play a key role in delivering essential maintenance and project works across community and government housing.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all works comply fully with contractual, legislative, and safety requirements.
Monitor workers to ensure full compliance with OH&S policies and procedures and verify that all necessary compliance documentation is complete and maintained.
Supervise planned and responsive maintenance works, managing multiple types of work orders under pressure across tenanted, vacant, community, and government properties.
Manage subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Prepare accurate scopes with zero variations.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and compliance audits.
Oversee budgets, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare weekly schedules at least one week in advance to support efficient planning.
Complete weekly and monthly progress reports with accurate data and outcomes.
Report daily on work progress and completions.
Build strong, professional relationships with tenants, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in building, construction, or maintenance supervision.
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and work effectively under pressure.
Experience managing multiple types of work orders simultaneously.
Relevant trade licence or equivalent practical experience.
Current driver’s licence.
Demonstrated ability to comply with all relevant contractual, legislative, and safety requirements.
Proven knowledge of OH&S compliance and site safety management.
Strong communication, planning, scheduling, and financial oversight skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
AroFlo experience highly regarded (or willingness to learn quickly).
Strong organisational and reporting skills to support planning and delivery.

About the Company

With a strong track record and a commitment to excellence, we are currently expanding our team and seeking a skilled Civil Construction Supervisor to lead works on a key subdivision project in Bushland Beach, Townsville.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, site-based supervisory position responsible for the day-to-day coordination of civil construction activities. You will oversee subcontractors and ensure works are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and play a pivotal role in the delivery of this multi-stage land development.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all onsite civil works including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and utility installations.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, WHS, and environmental standards.
Monitor construction progress and proactively manage timelines and resources.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress and risk assessment reports.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and workflow.
Uphold strong quality control measures and foster a safety-first site culture.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a civil site supervisory role, preferably within land subdivision or infrastructure.
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
QLD Site Supervisor Licence.
Construction White Card.
Current Driver Licence.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing subcontractors.
Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Depending on experience and project type, you’ll be:
Pouring, screeding, finishing, and curing residential, commercial, and industrial slabs.
Operating and assisting with laser screeds, ride-on trowels, and edge machines (depending on experience)
Working on everything from burnished and polished floors to exposed aggregate, external Hardstands and residential projects.
Setting formwork and boxing, leveling, and completing finishing details.
Contributing to a safe, clean, and well-organised job site.
Experience in concreting prep and form as well as finishing – residential, commercial, or industrial.
Reliable, early starter with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
Hold a valid Construction White Card and driver’s licence.
Able to travel across SEQ (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich).
Bonus if you’ve worked with Somero laser screeds, burnished finishes, or detailed edging.
