At Jefe Constructions, we are a small but mighty residential construction company dedicated to building dreams, one home at a time. Our projects are as diverse as our team, and we believe that every home tells a story. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Foreman to lead our talented crew and help us deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering an atmosphere of growth and development.
- Collaborate with management to help pave your career path within our company.
- Take care of 10qty to 15qty dwellings (townhouses, units or dwellings)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in residential construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, reports, plans, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude; we love to have fun while we work!
