  • Rail Duplication: The core of the project is the delivery of a new, dual-track rail line between Beerburrum and Nambour.

About the roles:

  • Supporting and ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards on site.
  • Monitoring construction progress and ensure compliance against method statements and ITPs.
  • Managing daily field operations including team supervision, productivity tracking, cost control and estimating.
  • Overseeing procurement processes and subcontractor management, including claims verification and adherence to governance processes.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).

  • The ability to produce a critical path network with up to 100 activities and prepare, monitor and update short-term production bar charts.

It also involves closing two private crossings, replacing the Burgess Street bridge, and completing early works like new park 'n' ride facilities at Landsborough and Nambour Stations, along with a 1km realignment of Steve Irwin Way. ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the department manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of well-documented product integrated design solutions, that exceed quality standards and expectations. SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
We are looking for an engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic) with experience in the automotive development sector, ideally having previously worked with the integration or development of AVN, MMU’s or Telematics and has a sound understanding of FMEA effect and to develop control plans. You will be a clear and confident communicator, who is able to liaise with customers and articulate risk in an engineering context. You should bring some of the following.
 
  • Sound experience in a Design Engineering role within a similar electronics manufacturing/product company (automotive experience is valuable)
  • Experience with automotive CAN wiring design and potentially CAD drawings with Autodesk Inventor
  • Managing the lifecycle of product engineering e.g. from design brief, design, testing to deployment
  • Working with multiple cross functional engineering teams in a project driven environment
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and AS1100
  • Familiarity with ADR 44 and 14 and Formula SAE or motorsport experience would be an advantage

The Opportunity

Join our high-performing Shepparton Operations team as a Maintenance Lead, where you’ll take a hands-on role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing all corrective and preventive maintenance activities for your production line(s).   • Own the Preventative Maintenance (PM) systems for assigned production lines.

  • Demonstrated capability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and implement solutions with minimal guidance

About the role

We're offering a full-time, permanent role for a Mechanical Designer to join our Engineering team within the Project Delivery Group. You'll work across a broad range of mechanical and materials handling equipment, supporting new expansion projects and upgrades to existing infrastructure.

CBH's grain handling network includes custom-designed conveyor pits, elevators, trippers, and stackers feeding multiple storage types. About the Role
As the Compliance Engineer, you'll be the technical authority on product compliance, ensuring new and existing products meet international standards for electrical safety and environmental performance. You'll work across the full product lifecycle: From concept and design through to validation and production, partnering with design, test, and manufacturing teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead compliance engineering activities across multiple product lines.
  • Interpret and apply global standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate testing and certification with external labs and partners.
  • Advise engineering teams on safety-critical design elements.
  • Support manufacturing site certification and process development.
  • Prepare documentation and deliver training on evolving standards.
About You
Essential:
  • Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience in compliance engineering within regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards 
  • Proven ability to prepare technical documentation for certification bodies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience in product design with a focus on compliance.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools.

The Company
Our client is a recently established food manufacturer with a flagship project to develop a greenfield manufacturing facility in Pakenham.
Production is scheduled to commence in 2026. Their focus is on quality, localisation, and healthier formulations, aligning with growing consumer demand for trusted, locally made products.
 
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Maintenance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring site readiness, reliability, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Leading the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of high-speed food production equipment
  • Building and managing a hands-on maintenance team, including trades and technicians
  • Driving continuous improvement, equipment uptime, and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and OH&S standards
  • Supporting operational ramp-up through close collaboration with production and engineering teams
  • Managing maintenance budgets, spare parts, and contractor relationships
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, proven maintenance management capability, and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
 
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Trade qualifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance (essential)
  • Proven leadership experience as a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor in food or beverage manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience commissioning and maintaining production lines in a high-speed environment
  • Strong preventative maintenance planning and reliability engineering skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant Australian food manufacturing compliance standards
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities
  • Ability to build maintenance systems, teams, and culture from the ground up
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Port Hedland for an ongoing civil project involving road repair, earthworks, and rock batter construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities across roadworks, earthworks, and rock batter stabilisation.

  • Manage subcontractors, plant, materials, and scheduling to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Conduct quality assurance, inspection, and reporting in line with client and company standards.

  • Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and site crews to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.

  • Monitor project budgets, quantities, and progress to ensure compliance and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in roadworks, earthworks, and general civil infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of site management, QA documentation, and safety systems.

  • Ability to work effectively under a 2:1 FIFO roster (Port Hedland).

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Available for an immediate start.
