We are currently relocating from crows nest to St Leonard's very close to the train station with a nice modern venue which will be an exciting new opening for the area. We are a small to medium sized venue with a busy service being 60-70 people but most nights sits around 30-40. Experience prefered but not necessary as long as willing to learn we are willing to teach the right individual. RSA qualification required. Pay  negotiable based on experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Management and overseeing day to day operations of  44 Apartments at  Quest Sanctuary Lakes hotel site. (which includes observing and monitoring Front Desk, housekeeping, and maintenance team performance and making sure that they adhere to Company rules and regulations).

  • Overseeing guest bookings and enquiries ensuring that guest data and management reporting is processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper security standard

  • Ensuring staff compliance with the Check-in and Check-out procedures.

  • Resolving guest complaints ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting guest with local tourism information, if required

  • Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained

  • Building and maintaining exceptional relationship with clients and stakeholders

  • Ensure site compliance with health and safety policies and procedures

  • Ensure persona land team compliance with motel's policies and procedures relating to: code of conduct, security, safety, food hygiene and customer service standards

  • Management of financial and marketing reporting

About You
