About the role
As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations — from prep to service, leading by example and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
You’ll:
Support the Head Chef with rostering, ordering, and kitchen management
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Train and mentor junior team members
Help deliver consistency during busy services
