We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
You will need to:
· Hold a commercial kitchen qualification, or equivalent.
· Have the appropriate training and understanding of health and safety practices.
· Have exceptional level of hygiene and take pride in your appearance.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
· Have excellent communication skills.
· Be able to work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
· Be team orientated.
· Have a passion for food and the hospitality industry, with a genuine interest in producing high standard cuisine.
· Be able to take direction and follow instructions.
· Be able to portion food.
· Be pro-active and ensure your section is properly prepared and ready for service.

Monitor food stock and place orders
Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
This role will involve day, night and weekend work.
