The Gladstone Park Hotel is a busy gaming venue, located within 5 minutes of the Melbourne Airport.
We are seeking service professionals who love to go to work and provide a great customer experience for their guests.
We are currently hiring for a variety of roles across our gaming room, including night supervisors & floor staff.
The role:
To be warm, welcoming, and friendly to our guests as well as your team mates
Maintain the presentation of the gaming room including cleanliness and compliance
Operate the gaming room in accordance with Hotel Policies and legislation
Maintain a positive can-do attitude at all times
Be committed and reliable by performing your duties to your very best, each and every shift
Be a team player and work together to achieve the overall goals of the shift
Be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, over-nighters, days, weekends, and public holidays
Requirements:
Current Victorian Gaming License, RSA and RSG
Excellent communication and presentation
Understanding of AML/CTF regulations
Basic awareness of AML/CTF regulations is required
Proven knowledge of Gaming operations
Minimum 6-12 months of gaming operations experience is required
Cash reconciliation
Minimum 6 months experience in cash reconciliation is required
