The Opportunity
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring efficient stores management, accurate inventory control, and timely procurement to support seamless project delivery in line with our fantastic teams.
This role plays a vital cog in business, working closely with all of our teams to ensure they have what they require when they require it
You will be overseeing stock management, receiving, receipting and checking goods delivered, coordinating some deliveries, involved with supplier coordination, and procurement compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory control, procurement records, and stock systems
Process purchase requisitions and liaise with suppliers
Oversee receipting, storage, and dispatch of materials and consumables
Ensure supplier deliveries meet quality, cost, and lead-time requirements
Support project teams with material coordination and procurement updates
Maintain safe, compliant, and organised storage environments
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
2–3 years’ experience in stores, procurement, or logistics
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
ERP or stock management system experience
Valid driver’s licence and forklift ticket
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Desirable:
Experience in construction, modular, or industrial project environments
Microsoft Dynamics or similar procurement software experience
Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices
