Here is an outstanding opportunity to join our client's warehouse in Rochedale QLD as a High Reach Operator and Pick Packer in their Furniture warehouse.
You will play a crucial role in their warehouse operations in this casual full time hour position. You will be responsible for high reach operation putaways, and accurately picking, packing, and preparing furniture items for shipping and distribution and collection. Your attention to detail and efficient handling of products will be essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders in perfect condition.
What you'll be doing
Carefully pick and pack furniture items to match customer and store orders
Operate high reach forklifts (Linde Reach Truck) to complete furniture putaways
Ensure all orders are packed securely and accurately
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with the wider warehouse team to meet deadlines and targets
What we're looking for
LF Licenced operator with minimum 12 months high reach experience
Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics or distribution role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy furniture items
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safety and a keen eye for quality
Forklift licence is an asset but not essential

Expression of Interest: Track Setup Crews for the 2026 Santos Tour Down Under
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Labour and Roustabout teams for the 2026 Santos Tour Down Under.
Our teams are responsible for the set up and dismantling of crowd control barriers at the start and finish locations of the race stages and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of this world-famous cycling event.
Safety is key in these roles as you will be working on busy tracks with other contractors, unloading and loading barriers from open sided trucks.
Specific Requirements:
**Priority will be given to those with the most flexibility, but you are still encouraged to apply, even if your availability is limited.
START CREWS
Shifts are split (set up/take down) and total 6 hours per day, commencing at 0600 (earlier start on select days*)

Report all damage and/or loss of stock and co-operate with other departments to fulfil customer orders.
Work inside the store or warehouse, and/or outside in the yard depending on need and pull and prepare orders for deliveries.
What You’ll Bring:
Forklift licence and experience
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
The ability to lift/move heavy materials (up to 25kg) on occasion
Minimum of one year experience in a Warehouse or Yard position

Working hours are 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday.

Skills and Experiences:
MUST reside and hold valid working rights in Australia.
Have competent computer skills and literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel - although some training will be provided).
Forklift licence mandatory before start.
Previous experience in warehousing and/or pick packing is essential.
Previous experience in a technology-based warehouse role is a plus.
Brilliant customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
A willingness to learn to be able to maintain product knowledge at all times.
A police background check is mandatory
