360 Personnel is currently seeking a motivated Dispatch Administrator to join our client’s busy logistics team in Brendale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Monday to Friday position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Sorting, organising, and managing paper pick slips
Processing customer orders accurately and preparing invoices
Assisting with daily trailer coordination and dispatch scheduling
Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Answering customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Providing general administrative support to the dispatch and warehouse teams
Hours of Work:
6:00am – 2:00pm or 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday - Friday
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy, fast-paced environment
Sound computer skills and familiarity with dispatch or ERP systems (advantageous)
Previous experience in administration, warehousing, transport, or logistics will be highly regarded

This position is Monday to Friday casual shifts with flexible hours between 6am to 8pm. This role will start in November to assist with our busy period.

Unloading stock and placing items in customer locations

Receive, put away and rotate stock
Maintain tidy and accurate bin locations
Work overtime when required to meet demand

As press brake operator you will;

· Coordinate with the leading hands to ensure correct job priorisation
Your experience will include;
· Minimum 2 years sheet metal press brake operations experience

Regular prime mover.
Full B Double loading no multi drop or pick up work. Positioning trailers to load & unload. Loading involves gates curtains and restraint. This is a great job, most of our PUD drivers have been with us for many years.
10 hours per day sometimes more depending on the workload.
