About the role

As a JJ’s HR Truck Driver, you will operate a waste collection vehicle, in the Bendigo region.

You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshops. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

You will enjoy early starts (5am-6am) – as well as great pay rates, overtime and BONUS

  • Current HR license

  • Experience with Rear Lift, Crane, Hook Lift, Side Lift or Front Lift trucks is preferred, but if not, full training will be provided

  • You can follow a driver run sheet, but you’re also able to think on your feet and work out the best way to complete your run

About the role

The Casual Service Person Driver is the critical link between a Kennards Hire branch, our customers and their projects, big or small.   • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.

  • Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required

About you

  • A valid driver's licence
  • Availability to work on both weekdays and weekends
  • This role requires some physical components including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods. A level of physical fitness is required and the ability to pass a drug test
