About the Role
You must have experience as a sewing machinist ideally from the mattress manufacturing / industrial industry. This Cut & Sew operator role for our Knoxfield factory involves general factory work, rotating through different sewing machines and general tasks so you can learn multiple functions and support the team.

- Following all company safety instructions
- Operating industrial Sewing Machines
- Ensuring quality meets company standards
- Maintaining strong attention to detail
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reporting daily production output to the supervisor
- Experience with sewing machines / industrial sewing machine or similar factory work
- Reliable transport
