We’re currently seeking two dedicated Factory Hands – one to join our Morning Shift team and one to join our Afternoon Shift team – at our Knoxfield facility. This role is integral to maintaining our high-quality production standards and ensuring that every Pelican product is built to protect.
Shift Times:
Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:24 AM – 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:36 PM
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage molding machines, including loading and unloading molds
Interpret assembly instructions and machine operation guides
Assist with tooling changes and custom molding jobs
Participate in specialized box assembly tasks
Use hand and power tools to assemble various products
Learn and operate roto-molding machinery (training provided)
About You
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit (able to lift up to 15kg)
Previous experience in manufacturing, factory, or assembly environments is a plus—but not essential
