The role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you ensure delivery of exceptional service to our customers, maintain efficient Branch operations; manage and increase sales; and motivate your team to achieve profitable business outcomes.

Success factors
Minimum five years of branch management (preferably in the tyre, wheel or retail sectors) with experience in B2B sales or retail sales.
Proven expertise in warehousing, stock control/storage methods, space utilisation and inventory techniques.
Experienced in leading small teams with exceptional people management skills to lead and develop team members.
Commercially focused, self-driven and results orientated with a strong business acumen.
Demonstrated success in achieving targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to set clear objectives, plan activities in advance, adapt to changing circumstances, manage time effectively, organize necessary resources, and monitor performance against deadlines and milestones
Proficiency in computer systems (including Office 365) with the ability to quickly learn and use relevant business systems.
Legal entitlement to work in Australia, a current and clean driver's license for motor vehicles/trucks and forklift operation, and physical fitness to assist operations staff as needed
