As their operations continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join the team and play a key role in day-to-day warehouse efficiency.
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for high-reach forklift operations, truck loading and unloading, and supporting general warehouse functions. Your skills will ensure goods move safely and efficiently through the site while upholding compliance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks
- Operate high-reach forklifts to move, stack, and replenish stock (5–7 bays high)
- Handle delivery and dispatch paperwork, including manifests and sign-offs
- Support warehouse operations: wrapping, strapping, stock put-away, and order movement
- Assist with stocktakes, inventory management, and production replenishment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while following site safety procedures
- Valid forklift licence (LF) and proven forklift operating experience
- High-reach forklift experience essential (5 bays minimum; 7 bays highly regarded)
- Strong awareness of warehouse safety standards and load handling procedures
- Confidence reading and managing paperwork related to deliveries and dispatch
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
