ESP Recruitment is currently seeking reliable Warehouse Labourers and Container Unloaders to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are physically fit, hardworking, and eager to secure ongoing work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Prior experience in packing, scanning, and/or production environments
Able to read pick slips and pack orders accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent work ethic and attitude
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
Proven reliability and commitment (references required)
Commitment to working to strict deadlines, OHS standards, and quality checks
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
Preparing and processing orders
Own PPE (steel-capped boots and hi-vis)
