The Ramelius Exploration team encompasses near mine resource definition and regional new discovery exploration programmes across multiple mineralisation styles and lithologies.
Programmes range from early stages soil sampling to advanced resource definition programmes surrounding the Mount Magnet, Cue, Penny and Dalgaranga regions in the Murchison, the Rebecca-Roe tenements located approximately 150km east of Kalgoorlie.

The Role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Exploration, the Tenement Geologist is responsible for ensuring our tenement portfolio is effectively managed and compliant with legislative requirements while supporting exploration and mining growth opportunities.
Working collaboratively across the whole team, you will:
  • Support general tenement management, compliance, and statutory reporting timelines.
  • Communicate with DMIRS and other government bodies on tenement matters.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including annual, surrender, and extension of term reports.
  • Compile technical documentation, WAMEX reports, and presentations as required.
  • Monitor and track tenement expenditure in liaison with Accounts.
  • Process coding, approvals, and payments for tenement rents and shire rates.
  • Prepare and lodge Form 5 Expenditure reports, exemptions, surrenders, and transfers.
  • Support Native Title, heritage, and land access agreement management.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all tenement-related documentation.
  • Utilise tenement management software such as LandTracker, Expenditure Watch, and Tenement Safety Net.
About You
You are detail-oriented, organised, and enjoy supporting exploration success through compliance and precision.
You bring to our team:
  • A tertiary qualification in Geology or Geological Science.
  • Experience as a Geologist within exploration or production environments in the mining industry.
  • Strong report writing skills, including preparation of geological and statutory reports.
  • Sound knowledge of DMIRS reporting processes and tenement management requirements.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret Mining Act legislation and tenement-related agreements.
  • Proficient in MS Office GIS and comfortable working across multiple systems.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines

We are currently supporting a Tier 1 mining operation in the delivery of key projects across a complex and diverse portfolio. They're seeking an intermediate - senior level Project Controls/ Planning Specialist to join a collaborative team on-site. Travel covered from Townsville, Brisbane, or Darwin, offering the chance to contribute to high-impact work in a rewarding environment. 4/3 day roster with one week on one week work from home. You will be working across some 2-3 major projects that are expected to last 2+ years.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Utilizing Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling
  • Overseeing cost control processes and financial reporting
  • Handling contract management tasks, including raising and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and contract variations
  • Notifying relevant stakeholders of non-compliance or project issues
  • Triggering processes to investigate, rectify, and prevent future issues
  • Working within a split project portfolio alongside a team of 40 professionals
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience using Primavera P6
  • Strong background in cost control and project financials
  • Experience managing NCRs, contract variations, and compliance processes
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

The work of Underground Grader Operator encompasses health and safety tasks, grader operations for underground mine development and production, grader and related equipment inspections.

Assist in achieving development and / or production targets each shift within the mine plan.

  • Conduct pre starts on equipment prior to operation.

  • Initiate and participate in equipment handovers with Underground Shift Supervisor and cross shift operator.

  • Safe, efficient, and productive operation of underground grader.

  • Ability to exercise good judgment and be innovative in selecting, using, and improving the correct procedure, process, or technique to solve problems, execute tasks and safely operate the grader.

  • Operate equipment to Best Practice to minimise damage on equipment.

  • Provide assistance to other mining operators as and when required.

  • Coach new and/or inexperienced operators.

  • Maintain roads and drains to a high standard.

  • Report any observed hazards.

  • Conduct manual scaling technique as required.

  • Share knowledge and/or experiences with crew and/or management.

  • Must ensure that the Mines Safety and Inspection Act and the Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations are adhered to, and the company safety standards and policies are followed.  Maintain a high level of housekeeping


ABOUT YOU

  • Current unrestricted “C” Class Western Australian manual drivers’ licence.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Grader operator.

  • Western Australian DGSC (desirable).

  •   Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge of underground equipment.

  • Current West Australian Shot-firing licence (desirable).

  • Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable).

  • Underground Metalliferous Mining Certificate II, III or IV (desirable).

Principal Regulatory Analyst


About the role

We are looking for a Principal Regulatory Analyst (this role is referred to internally as Principal Analyst) to join the Energy Network Regulation section within our Regulation and Compliance division. You will be part of a close-knit team responsible for monitoring energy network operators' compliance with their safety and reliability obligations.

You will undertake detailed research, provide strategic policy advice, influence stakeholders, analyse data and deliver best-practice regulatory compliance work.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

- Reviewing and analysing data from incident reporting, audits and other regulatory tools to find improvements to our compliance approach

- Developing best practice regulation strategies for compliance frameworks

- Maintaining relationships with regulated network operators

- Maintaining cross-agency and cross-jurisdictional relationships

- Scoping and managing third party audits

- Identifying and developing responses to non-compliances

- Working with the Legal Team to develop and review licence conditions or interpret legal obligations

- Writing and presenting briefings to the Tribunal or Delegated Committees to facilitate decision making


About you

We are looking for someone who values being part of a team that is committed to the safety and reliability of energy networks through effective outcomes and risk-based regulation.

You will be efficient at analysing complex information and data to address multiple priorities and unforeseen issues. You will have experience working with and analysing data as well as managing internal review projects. You will also feel comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders.

Experience in the electricity sector, using data to provide meaningful insights or an engineering background would be an advantage but not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability and teamwork are essential to this role.

The salary range for this role is $148,961- $158,157 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
