About the role
We are now looking for a permanent full-time Shuttle Bus Driver at our Tweed Heads location. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the shuttle service is operated to a high standard and ensuring a high-quality output to all customers during collection and drop off services. You will also assist with Vehicle Cleaning and Customer Experience Representative tasks, when trained and as required. The available role is 38 hours per week with 7-day rotating roster including weekends.
Casual opportunities are also available.
Your role and responsibilities:
• Operate customer shuttle services ensuring safe driving, professionalism and providing quality customer service
• Assist customers with Luggage loading and unloading as required
• Ensure the shuttle is maintained to a clean and safe standard
• Movement of vehicles throughout the location and taking vehicles offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, delivery to customers or other location
• Utilise the systems and support tools available to track individual performance and daily shuttle manifests
• Checking for and recording vehicle damage
• Ensure compliance and workplace health and safety risks and incidents are reported promptly and managed effectively
• General Branch cleaning duties

About you
Able to demonstrate the following:
• Excellent communication and time management skills and a positive ‘Can do’ attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• A full and current relevant State driver’s licence
• Ability to work both unsupervised and within a team
• Willingness to travel and work between locations when opportunity provided
• Flexibility of working hours including weekends, public holidays and peak seasons

Spot On Berri is seeking a high energy, fit and reliable individual to join the sales team of a 36 year established and progressive fishing / boating / camping retail business. The position is full time with 9 weeks days and 1 weekend required to be worked per fortnight to the right applicant.

Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person

General cleaning and facing to maintain store appearance

· Good level of fishing equipment knowledge and willingness to learn
· Good level of boating expertise and knowledge and willingness to learn
· Good level of watersport expertise and knowledge and willingness to learn
· Great level of computer skills across multiple software systems
· Sales experience to demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile for customers
· Desire to be coached to enhance sales skills in order to meet internal sales targets
· Strong stock management skills
· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to tasks and workload and who enjoys the fast turnaround of our product ranges
· Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
· Ability to flourish in a high paced and dynamic team
· Excellent communication and team working skills
· High attention to detail while showing pride in your work
· The ability to stand or be on your feet for long periods
· Physically fit and able to move heavy products and or bulky goods
Favorable Criteria (looked upon favorably, but not essential)
· Good level of camping expertise and knowledge and willingness to learn
· Fishing equipment / boating / water sport retail sales experience.
· Experience using the Retail Touch software package.
· Experience managing staff teams.
· Experience in stock management.
· Forklift license.
