What You'll Be Doing

  • Keep digital systems humming in Salesforce from e-commerce to customer service and order management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with key enterprise systems such as Order Management Systems (OMS), Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and eCommerce platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
  • Leverage MuleSoft for API-led connectivity, enabling scalable and secure integrations across systems and ensuring real-time data synchronisation.

What You'll Bring

  • Around 2-4 years' experience in e-commerce, retail, and digital operations.
  • Degree qualified in business, marketing, It or related field
