About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our team at our Albury store!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring

• Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

• Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards

• Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

• Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment

• Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset

• Excellent communication and team development skills

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance

• Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising

• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
