Core Responsibilities:
Oversee production scheduling, job tracking, and install coordination, whilst tracking and reporting on KPI'S
Lead, supervise, and support our design, workshop and installation teams, whilst maintaining efficient communication with the sales, design & project teams to align priorities
Monitor and maintain compliance in WHS regulations & quality control standards across all jobs
Coordinate material purchasing and manage supplier relationships
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflow or communication
Drive efficiency and process improvements across operations
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Who we're after:
Proven experience in operations, production, or workshop management in the signage industry - Signage experience is a MUST
Strong leadership, team coordination, time management and problem-solving abilities
A solid understanding of signage materials, processes, and production equipment
Familiarity with job management systems, scheduling software, and inventory tools
Committed to high standards of quality, safety, and customer service

This position works as a key component of the Facilities and Environment team in ensuring the Zoo's buildings, facilities and grounds are presented and maintained in a clean, tidy, safe and functional condition through a combination of onsite maintenance, staff and external service contractors.

We're currently looking for a fully qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic for our busy workshop. This is a Full Time position - 38 hours a week with over time. Weekday's only - no weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and repair a variety of vehicles including passenger, SUV, 4WD and light commercial.
Ability to carryout vehicle log book servicing, oil changes, brake repairs & tyre rotations.
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs.
Able to maintain a clean and tidy workshop environment.
Work well within a team and individually.
What we're looking for:
Fully qualified in Light Vehicle Mechanical or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and repair vehicle faults.

Open Driver's License (manual preferred)
