About the Role
This is a customer-focused role dedicated to delivering exceptional service and first-line support across Payroll, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Fleet functions. Based in Parramatta CBD, the position is offered as a 12-month contract with a hybrid working model—three days in the office and two days from home following an initial settling-in period.
You will be a key point of contact for Uniting’s staff and external vendors, responding to enquiries and providing Tier 1 support across Uniting’s 1300 service lines. Working in a dynamic team, you will contribute to an efficient and positive service experience, triaging issues, and escalating to Tier 2 support as required.

Responsibilities

Data Entry
Record pallet counts on sales orders for picking slips.
Book in stock (Inventory) received.
Customer Service and Invoicing
Completing Sales Orders and Invoicing.
Processing Credit Notes.
Resolving customer queries.
Providing copies of invoices upon request.
Set up customer accounts as requested by the Sales Team.
Email handling.
Payment Collection
Collect and allocate daily payments (Cash or EFTPOS) to respective invoices.
Reconcile cash on hand with the cash book at the end of each day.

Essential Criteria
