You’ll be approachable and confident in engaging with leaders and teams across the organisation, building strong relationships and providing clear, practical advice when needed. You’ll thrive on being the go-to person for ad hoc queries and enjoy collaborating to solve complex problems.

Agile and solutions-focused
You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret legislation and manage compliance frameworks. When you don’t have the answer, you’ll know how to find it, showing initiative and a mature, solutions-oriented approach.
