About the role
The Cardiac Centre is seeking a highly organised and efficient Medical Secretary to join their team across Benowa, Tugun and Ballina. This role will provide vital administrative support to the medical professionals at the practice, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to medical staff, including managing appointment scheduling, handling patient enquiries, and maintaining patient records
Coordinating the flow of information between the practice, patients, and other healthcare providers
Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or similar administrative role within a healthcare setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Proficient in the use of medical software (Genie)
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
A warm, friendly, and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team

The Theatre Stores Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the stores, supply and procurement functions of the four facilities in the Pindara Hospital network.

Role Summary:

Selection Criteria:
Appropriately qualified – Degree in Applied Science (MLS) or recognised equivalent
Eligible for professional membership of the Australian Institute of Medical Scientists
Experience in a diagnostic laboratory with Australian industry experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work in a team environment without direct supervision
An understanding of quality control techniques
Proficient, motivated and highly organised with great attention to detail
Experience in blood film morphology and/or transfusion will be considered a distinct advantage

Are you an experienced clinical research professional with a strong hospital background looking to step into a pivotal leadership role? We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of clinical trials at our dedicated research site.
About the Role:As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of clinical trial activities on-site, ensuring trials are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with GCP and ethical guidelines. You’ll work closely with investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all operational aspects of clinical trials from start-up to close-out
