Description

As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in our tendering process, from pricing to contract negotiations and submission. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects across Queensland.

  • Source and assess tender opportunities across key industry channels.
  • Prepare accurate, compliant and competitive tender submissions.
  • Work with project teams and subcontractors to gather and verify tender information.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure all tenders meet safety, environmental and quality requirements.
  • Manage tender documentation and subcontractor quotes via SharePoint and EstimateOne.
  • Support post-tender follow-ups, clarifications and contract handover.

Profile

  • Minimum 4 years' estimating experience in commercial construction.
  • Worked on commercial construction projects up to $15 million.
  • Proficient in BuildSoft/Cubit Professional or similar estimating software.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating practices, costings and complex tender management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client and team interactions.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
