Structures Foreman working as the 2IC to the Site Manager to drive the structure up safely, efficiently and ahead of program. You’ll oversee daily structural operations including jumpform, screens, concrete trades and coordination of all structure-related subcontractors.
Strong structural experience on high-rise apartment construction is essential, ideally 15+ storeys. Must be confident managing jumpform and screen operations with a proactive and organised approach.

Structures Foreman working as the 2IC to the Site Manager to drive the structure up safely, efficiently and ahead of program. You’ll oversee daily structural operations including jumpform, screens, concrete trades and coordination of all structure-related subcontractors.
- Lead and coordinate jumpform, screens, formwork, reinforcement + concrete trades
- Manage daily pre-starts, sequencing, QA and short-range programming
- Work closely with the SM to maintain safety, quality and productivity on deck
Strong structural experience on high-rise apartment construction is essential, ideally 15+ storeys. Must be confident managing jumpform and screen operations with a proactive and organised approach.
- Proven structures background on high-rise
- Hands-on coordination of jumpform + screens
- Strong planning, sequencing and communication skills
