The Opportunity

We specialise in the construction of high-quality, two-storey residential homes valued between $500k and $1.5m. We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and lead projects on Brisbane’s central to south side. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across a diverse and rewarding project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of the Framework construction program

• Manage an average portfolio of 10–15 homes

• Work autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes

• Supervise and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Conduct scheduling, forward planning, and project coordination

• Use IT systems confidently, including construction and Microsoft programs

• Manage construction from approvals through to handover

• Ensure high-quality project delivery and performance across scope, time, and cost

• Manage both single and double-storey residential projects

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve construction issues proactively

About You – The Ideal Candidate

You will bring a strong track record in residential construction supervision and possess:

• A current Building or Supervisor Licence

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in volume residential construction

• A current White Card (Construction Induction Safety)

• Excellent attention to detail and construction knowledge

• Strong competency with Framework and Microsoft programs

• Advanced understanding and practical application of WHS principles

• Professional presentation and strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• A valid driver’s licence

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to being part of a supportive team
