Every beginning tells a story. Ours begins with heart, with care, and with an invitation to grow something truly special.

Bloom Early Learning is opening its first centre in Kingaroy in early 2026. We are inviting an experienced and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join us from the very beginning, someone who leads with heart, values connection, and believes in the power of nurturing relationships.

At Bloom, care guides everything we do. We believe that when people feel seen, supported, and valued, they flourish. Our dream is to create a calm, connected space filled with warmth and belonging. A place where children feel safe to explore, where families feel at home, and where educators feel proud and purposeful in their work.

At Bloom Early Learning, we believe that every child’s journey is unique, full of curiosity, wonder and potential. Just as trees grow and thrive through care, connection, and time, so too do our children. Our educators nurture a sense of belonging, confidence and curiosity through meaningful relationships, play-based learning, and gentle guidance. Each learning space offers opportunities that respect individuality while inspiring exploration, creativity, and growth.

This philosophy reminds us that learning is a living process, grounded in trust, nourished by care and blossoming through curiosity and discovery. Through it, we commit to creating environments where every child can flourish and where families feel supported, understood and part of our Bloom community.

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will bring this philosophy to life. You will lead with warmth and clarity, creating a culture where people feel connected, supported, and inspired. You will nurture your team as they nurture others, guiding with steady confidence and an open heart.

This is the beginning of Bloom’s story in Kingaroy, a story about kindness, community and leading with love.

STRUCTURAL SUPERVISORS / SENIOR FORMWORK LEADS ** EOI's New Projects Next Year Start

You’re the person who sets the tone on site — leading from the front and driving structure.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running daily operations, pre-starts, toolbox talks and crew coordination

  • Planning works ahead, managing pour sequences, and overseeing formwork cycles

  • Working closely with PMs & engineers, tracking materials, and keeping site moving

  • Maintaining safety, quality and program delivery across the board

  • Bringing 3+ years of leadership experience on commercial/residential structures

We want leaders who stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and elevate the entire crew.

APPRENTICES / TRAINEES – FORM STRUCTURES

Ideal for those who want to learn a trade, build a long-term career, and aren’t afraid of physical work.
No experience needed — just the right attitude.

You’ll be doing:
  • Assisting carpenters, leading hands, and the wider crew while learning on the job

  • Basic tool handling, material prep, stripping, cleaning, and site support

  • General labour duties while learning the flow of formwork, reo and concrete

  • Turning up, working hard, staying reliable, and showing you want to grow

  • Building the foundation skills to become a qualified carpenter or formworker

What we’re looking for:
  • Physically fit and ready for hard labour

  • Willing to learn and able to take instruction

  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work as part of a crew

  • Someone who wants a real career, not just a job

Application Requirement (Important):

In your application, tell us why you believe you can learn a trade and describe one skill you have learned, mastered, and genuinely enjoyed in your life so far — it doesn’t have to be construction related.
