We are now seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and inspiring leader to join our team in a dual role combining Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader.

About the Dual Role
This role is ideal for a confident early childhood professional who is passionate about quality practice, pedagogy, family partnerships, and day-to-day operational excellence.
You will work closely with the Centre Manager to:
Operational Leadership
Support the daily running of the service, ensuring compliance & smooth operations
Build strong relationships with families, children, and educators
Assist with rosters, documentation, admin, tours, and enrolments
Model high professional standards and positive team culture
Contribute to Assessment & Rating readiness and continuous improvement
Pedagogical Leadership
Lead the design and delivery of high-quality educational programs
Coach, mentor and inspire educators in their practice
Support inclusive, culturally respectful learning environments
Embed meaningful practices that align with EYLF, QKLG & NQF

Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Sound knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, NQF, and A&R
Valid Blue Card
Child Protection qualification (CHCPRT025 or equivalent)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Prior leadership experience is highly regarded
