• Current Registration or professional accreditation with the relevant regulatory body or professional association (e.g. AHPRA or equivalent, as applicable to the discipline)

• Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision, mentoring teaching, or preceptorship role within clinical and/or academic settings.

• Well-developed understanding of clinical education frameworks, assessment strategies, and competency-based education, including the application of adult learning principles and clinical training standards.
