Project: Multi-Storey Aged Care Living Development
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract for a high-quality multi-storey aged care living project in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Australia's most respected builders, known for delivering complex and technically demanding projects across health, aged care, education, and commercial sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister head contract and subcontract documentation, variations, and progress claims
Assist the Project Manager with budget tracking, procurement, and reporting
Prepare and review subcontractor scopes, packages, and tender evaluations
Maintain accurate cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with site, design, and client teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry (minimum 3-5 years)
Exposure to aged care, health, or other institutional multi-storey projects preferred
Strong attention to detail with sound commercial and contractual understanding
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with industry software (e.g. Cheops, Jobpac, or similar)

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Design and Construct Project Manager to join the team at Master Building Group. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Yagoona office on a full-time basis. This role requires frequent travel to remote locations, managing residential construction projects from inception through to completion. You will play a critical part in delivering projects that positively impact local communities, combining technical excellence with cultural sensitivity. You will be supported by an Assistant Project Manager and a Site Manager whom you will oversee and mentor.
Key Responsibilities:
Successfully manage residential design and construction projects valued between $1m to $10m.
Oversee projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, budgets, and safety guidelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and community representatives.
Prepare, control, and monitor project budgets, providing regular updates and cost management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Lead and mentor the Assistant Project Manager and Site Manager.
Demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in project management of residential construction projects.
Degree qualification in Construction Management or related discipline.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and to tight deadlines
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence subcontractors and stakeholders positively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
Experience working in remote locations or within Indigenous communities is advantageous but not mandatory.
