We are actively recruiting for Experienced Asphalters (Labourers & Operators) to join our client’s Asphalt Crew in Perth metro and surrounding areas.

Scope of Work:
- Surface Preparation
- Operating mobile equipment
- Road Repairs & Resurfacing
- Civil Roadworks
- Previous asphalt experience (labouring or operating) – essential
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Civil or rural roadworks experience
- Willingness to learn and upskill
- Current Driver’s Licence
- HR or HC Licence (highly desirable)
- Machine Operating Tickets – desirable
- White Card
- Weekly pay between $2,500 – $3000 (depending on experience and penalties)
- Penalty rates (time & half, double time, nightshift & public holiday rates)
