Our Aged Care Program is growing therefore the Clinical Coordinator is a key position within the Services division reporting directly to the Aged Care Manager and is primarily responsible for providing clinical assessment and care. Ensuring that day to day clinical work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of our clients. This role contributes to the development of evidence-based and innovative clinical services and will promote the delivery of care that is of the highest quality.

The Clinical Coordinator will be actively engaged in clinical and caseload reviews and actively manage referrals and demand for clinical services and where required provide direct clinical services.

This role will suit someone who prefers a hybrid model of mostly working either from home or the office. The candidate will be out in the community a portion of the time.
