We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Practice Nurse to join a small nursing team.
This is a well established family practice that believes in personalised care to ensure the health, happiness, and wellbeing of the community. As a key member of this family practice, you'll play a vital role in upholding these values by providing high-quality patient care. Your duties will include:

Immunizations: Administering a wide range of immunizations childhood and patients of all ages.

Assisting GPs: Supporting our doctors with minor procedures.

Health Assessments: Conducting comprehensive health assessments and chronic disease management plans.

Patient Education: Offering health advice and promoting wellness within our community.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Experience in Primary Healthcare/ Practice Nursing.

Proficient in administering immunizations, or keen to learn.

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You must have full work rights in Australia - no sponsorship available.
