About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide clinical practice and professional supervision to less experienced Psychologists to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards within the service. Within a case coordination model, the position delivers high-level and high-quality, evidence based clinical psychology services to adolescents (aged 14-17 years inclusive) with severe and complex mental health disorders requiring hospital-based assessment and treatment.

The successful candidate will have:
Previous reception work in Radiology, Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery Practice would be advantageous however candidates with a background as a GP medical receptionist are encouraged to apply.
A minimum of 1 year medical receptionistexperience
Well polished excellent customer service skills, including a polite telephone manner
Immaculate presentation
Proactive attitude and attention to detail
Previous experience with Medicare / Workcover and thirdparty accounts
A strong ability to multi task
The ability to work within a cohesive team environment
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows environment
Previous experience with Medical Software (practice currently uses Karisma)
The successful candidate would be expected to participate in a 5 day rotating roster with early shifts commencing at 7.45am and late shifts finishing at 6.15pm, Monday to Friday with 8.30am to 1.30pm Saturday shifts once every 5 weeks.
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
