Head Barista (Full-Time Role)
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our coffee program and deliver the consistency and quality our locals love.
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ barista experience in a high-volume specialty café
- Strong technical skills and dial-in knowledge (latte art a plus)
- A passion for delivering top-tier coffee and guest experiences
- Leadership qualities — coaching and guiding the team behind the machine
- A positive, can-do attitude and love for the hospo buzz
Café All-Rounders (Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual)

• Minimum 3 years managerial experience in commercial kitchen as a Head Chef
• A creative flair in menu designs with the presentation and taste
• Ability to resolve escalated issues
