StarTrack is looking for reliable and hardworking Freight Handlers to join their team in Mount Kuring-Gai. This is a physically demanding, labour-intensive role, parcels are heavier than typical Australia Post freight.
We’re building a talent pool ahead of a busy period, with casual shifts becoming available in the coming weeks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manual sorting of parcels
- Loading and unloading trucks, containers, and conveyors
- Moving stock from pallets into crates or onto conveyors
- Packing ULD cages
- Using a manual pallet jack and RF scanner
- Forklift duties (if licensed – not essential)
Shift Times & Pay Rates:
- AM Shift: 6:00am – 12:00pm, $46.03 per hour + super
- PM Shift: 3:00pm – 8:00pm, $52.57 per hour + super
Start Date: ASAP, with ongoing casual/ad hoc shifts available.
Requirements:
- Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Ability to lift up to 20kg repeatedly and stand for long periods
- Steel-capped boots
- Completion of online induction training
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to work hard

Your Opportunity
Forming part of the Sourcing and Procurement Advisory team, this role will include the following responsibilities;
Engagement Delivery: Support delivery of quality work across the sourcing project lifecycle (strategy, market research, requirements development, RFP development, market engagement, RFP evaluation, contracting and negation support, transition / implementation, optimise and monitoring), or act in a supporting role on complex large scale outsourcing programs.
Business Development: Support the team's business development efforts including proposal development and participating in internal and external collaboration.
Thought Leadership: Participate in the research and development of thought leadership and methodology, led by senior members of the team, on topics relevant to our practice area.
Growth and Development: Actively participate in the growth of the Sourcing and Procurement Advisory team, including the development and execution of our strategy and focus areas (e.g. supporting the team’s leadership in shaping our development pathways for junior staff).

The Roles
Due to the increase in sales, we require various Concreters, Factory Hands in our Caloundra factory who are motivated to learn, work in a team environment, enjoys physical tasks and exhibits attention to detail needed for our high-quality finished products.
Concreter / Factory Hands
Reporting to the Supervisor of the Pontoon section, the ideal candidate has a cross-section of trades expertise to complete the high-quality finish our product demands. First and foremost, you have a solid concrete background and have exposure to or are open to developing your skillset to include plastic welding, logistics, stock control, carpeting, and fit-out.
Attributes required:
Trade qualified (Concreter) preferred
Ideally have had concreting experience
The ability to use multiple handtools
Reliable and punctual
Excellent work ethic
Willing to learn and perform multiple tasks within the factory
Strong commitment to Safety and Quality.
