We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Branch Assistant/Driver to join our successful team at Tradelink Muswellbrook. Be part of a business that prides itself on delivering quality products and outstanding service.

Split your day between the road and the branch – around half delivering to customers and half supporting in-store operations. You’ll be a vital part of keeping the team and our customers on track.

About the Role:
Split your day between the road and the branch – around half delivering to customers and half supporting in-store operations. You’ll be a vital part of keeping the team and our customers on track.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders.
- Delivering top-tier customer service with every delivery.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Sales processing, quotes, and customer follow-ups.
- Stock control, cycle counting, and general housekeeping.
- Supporting the showroom team and nearby branches as needed.
You’re a team player with a can-do attitude, who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’ll bring:
- Physical fitness: You’ll be on your feet, lifting and shifting throughout the day.
- Industry Experience: Plumbing industry experience or knowledge of plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial.
- Warehouse Experience: You will have experience working in a similar environment.
- Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture.
- Strong Communication: You’ll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient, knowledgeable service.
- Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence: A car licence is required. A Forklift licence is preferred.
