Due to continuous growth and increased production demand, they are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to join their team and take charge of daily operations on the factory floor.
About the Role
This is a hands-on supervisory role, perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production team, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining compliance with all food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities on the floor, leading by example.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance and QA teams to minimise downtime and maintain efficiency.
Support, guide, and motivate the production team to meet targets.
Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively across departments.
About You:
Previous experience in food processing or food manufacturing is essential.
Exposure to food machinery such as vacuum filling, mincing, or similar equipment will be highly regarded.
Well-organised with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Competent in both spoken and written English.
Proactive and reliable with a hands-on approach to supervision.

Generating invoices and picking slips using computer software
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
Casual 3 days per week (must include Mondays)
Remaining days are flexible and can be arranged to suit the right candidate
Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with some flexibility available
