About the RoleNatritex Group (Enviro-foam Qld) is seeking a skilled and proactive Foam Production Manager to oversee our foam manufacturing operations in Clontarf. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a trade background and a passion for production efficiency and team management. No prior foam making experience is necessary – all training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of foam production
· Learn and understand the foam-making process
· Lead and support a small production team
· Troubleshoot and maintain machinery
· Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
About You· Prior trade experience (e.g., fitter and turner, mechanical background)
· Confidence working with and repairing machinery
· Leadership qualities and ability to manage a small team
· Reliability, organisation, and safety-conscious mindset
· Willingness to learn and grow with the business
