We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join a busy workshop servicing and maintaining a fleet of Volvo trucks, skid steers, and loaders. This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Your new role
- Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on Volvo trucks, skid steers, and loaders
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet service deadlines
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic
- Proven experience working on Volvo trucks, skid steers, and loaders
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
